Coronavirus (COVID-19) Policy

With COVID in mind, we are making some changes for the health & well being of our staff & our clients. We ask that workers DO NOT come in to work & that clients please call to cancel services if you or a family member has a fever or are sick with flu like symptoms.

We know that during the times in this day and age things have been completely different then what we knew before. There has been a global epidemic that has effected many health wise. Here at KRPQuality (K&R’s Prestige Quality LLC) we are committed to staying aware of all situations as this pandemic continues to evolve. We take pride in following any and all of the CDC guidelines during the time of any and all cleanings.

We recognize that prevention is key! That’s why with every clean we guarantee that your place will minimize the spread of coronavirus, the common cold, the flu and any other strains that develop.

According to the CDC, COVID-19 is thought to be spread from person-to-person.

  • With people that have not practice social distracting (within about 6 feet apart).

  • Through respiratory droplets that are produced when an infected person coughs, sneezes, or talks

  • Most importantly, recent studies have shown that COVID-19 may be spread by people that have no symptoms showing.

Here at KRPQuality (K&R’s Prestige Quality LLC) we practice good social distancing (about 6 feet) to continue to stop the spread of COVID-19.

We are committed to the safety of everyone from our clients and their families to our Cleaning Techs and theirs. That is why we will continue to inforce the following rules to be able to continue our great quality services;

To keep our Cleaning Techs and their families safe we ask that you do the following to protect our staff and others;

  • We ask that if anyone within the home, Airbnb, or facility have tested positive for COVID-1, that you let our office know as soon as possible. We will kindly reschedule your cleaning day after about 30 days.

  • If anyone within the home has any fever, shortness of breath, or any other flu-like symptoms we ask that you notifiy us so that we can get you rescheduled. We require at least an 24-hour notice, but in certain cases we will understand and waive the late cancellation fees.

  • If anyone within our team has any of the previous symptoms we will ask them to remain home. If that person is assigned to clean your home we will make sure that another great Cleaning Tech comes out so that you can still receive the quality clean we guarantee.

  • We always require everyone to wash their hands before and after every clean just to ensure that nothing is being passed and everyone is practicing safe cleanings.

  • Every Clean Tech will be provided with the proper PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) if requested for the safety of everyone. Each Clean Tech is required to have disposable gloves, disposable shoe covers, and a face mask (if requested).

  • We clean and disinfect all frequently touched surfaces. This includes but is not limited to; all tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, desks, phones, keyboards, toilets, faucets, sinks, etc

  • We inform every client that everything be bring for each clean that all equipment has been cleaned and disinfected properly before using at any other scheduled cleaning. From brooms, to microfiber clothes, even the brooms.

  • As always we ask for the safety of everyone that we proceed with a contactless clean. Yes, we enjoy seeing and conversing with all clients but for the safety of everyone during these times we ask that all payments are made online or other forms are left in a spot previously discussed with managment.
